Dr. Eggert received her B.S. degree from the University of Miami and went on to earn her M.D. from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Her graduation was followed with an internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Upon completing her residency, Dr. Eggert continued practicing in Miami for ten years. In 1986, Dr. Eggert and her two children relocated to Georgia, where she established Peachtree Pediatrics. Dr. Eggert enjoys orchid growing, bird watching and travel.
Mrs. Smith received her B.S. degree in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She continued her education at Emory with a Master's degree in Nursing, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care. She trained at various primary care offices in metro Atlanta, developmental specialty clinic and at the Health for Life clinic at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and traveling.
We accept Georgia Medicaid and Medicaid CMOs including Wellcare, Peach State, and Amerigroup health plans.
We also accept most private insurance. Please call our office or check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage. We do not accept Kaiser insurance plans.
